At a meeting this week Thai officials discussed progress on the process of prior consultation in the Procedures for Notification, Prior Consultation and Agreement off the Sanakham hydropower project, proposed on the Mekong mainstream between Xayaburi and Vientiane provinces of neighbouring Laos.
